Adding a new Status
To create a new Status click on the Add Asset Type button and enter information into the dialog that appears:
Status: The name of the Status in OfficeMaps. This value is required.
Order: The position within the list of other Statuses.
Colour: The colour that appears next to the status when it appears in OfficeMaps. This allows users to quickly identify a person's status visually.
Can Set Expiry Date: If this option is selected, users who have selected this status will be able to optionally set a date that the status will expire.
