Asset Dashboard Report Information
The following information about a selected asset can be viewed by running an Asset Dashboard Report. When opened, the Asset Dashboard Report will resemble the following image. Be aware that you may need to scroll down to see all the information in the report.
Allocation History
Allocation Method: Shows the relative frequency of the various methods used to allocate people to the asset during the last twelve months.
Allocations: The number of times in total that this asset has been allocated to during the last twelve months. Clicking on this number will display the Allocation History Report which is described below.
Most Frequently Allocated To: Shows the relative frequency of the top five most commonly allocated people to this asset during the last twelve months.
Temporary Allocations
This section will only display if the asset is designated as available for temporary bookings and the asset has been used to make a temporary allocation at least once.
Allocated For: The number of hours this asset has been allocated during the last twelve months.
Average Hours Per Day: Shows the average number of hours this asset has been allocated for each day of the week during the last twelve months.
Total Allocation By Month: Tracks the total number of hours this asset has been allocated for each month during the last twelve months.
Allocation History Dashboard Report
Asset Type: The type of the asset for the allocation.
Allocated To: The name of the object allocated to the asset.
Method: The method used to make this allocation, for example a Kiosk, the Mobile App or a Permanent Assignment.
Date Allocated From: The date and time that the allocation commenced.
Date Allocated To: The date and time that the allocation ended. Note that this value will be blank if the allocation has not ended yet.
Time Stamp UTC: The date and time of the allocation event in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to track exact timing of operations and for sorting purposes.
Duration (hrs): The length of time of this allocation, in hours. This column will only have a value if the allocation has ended.
Mobile OS/Browser: The operating system of the mobile device, or the browser used on the computer that was used to make the allocation.
