Locate the desired Asset on a Site level map.

Click the pencil icon.

There are up to 3 fields that may require configuration.

Calendar View:
- No Calendar - disable calendar access.
- Free/busy only- this is generally the default for display.
- Detailed View  - show additional appointment information. It is also dependent upon permissions/access of the defined account when using Exchange Server calendar provider.

Calendar Email/UPN: The email address of the resource to be displayed. Again, the specified account for Exchange Server calendar provider will need at least free/busy access to display details.

Do Not Use Default Calendar Provider: Select this option if additional integration providers have been configured , this may be done when resources do not reside in the default calendar provider Integration.

Calendar:  Select the alternative Calendar provider (if applicable).

Once this has been configured, the Calendar Icon should be visible for the asset.
