Contacting OfficeMaps Support

If you would like to contact OfficeMaps for support you can reach us in one of three different ways.


Email:
Email us at support@officemaps.com with a description of the issue and a support agent will respond to you.

Log a Ticket:
You can create a new request through our web site: https://help.officemaps.com/portal/newticket. 

Support through the OfficeMaps Application:
At the top right of the application you will see a blue question mark icon. Clicking on this icon will allow you to create a new ticket.

If you would like to follow up or escalate an existing support ticket, please email support@officemaps.com. Be sure to quote your ticket number along with your enquiry.

Our Office hours are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST (Brisbane, Australia time).
