If you would like to contact OfficeMaps for support you can reach us in one of three different ways.
Log a Ticket:
Support through the OfficeMaps Application:
At the top right of the application you will see a blue question mark icon. Clicking on this icon will allow you to create a new ticket.
If you would like to follow up or escalate an existing support ticket, please email email@example.com. Be sure to quote your ticket number along with your enquiry.
Our Office hours are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST (Brisbane, Australia time).
