Downloading the new OfficeMaps Mobile App

To support the new Authentication mechanism there is a new iOS and Android app. If users already have an installed version prior to this one, they should uninstall and then download the new mobile app from their app store rather than upgrade their existing app.

iOS Apple App Store

When accessing the iOS App Store search for "OfficeMaps".  In the search results you will see the following results: 




Here is how you can identify the version of the OfficeMaps app you will need to install:
  1. The new version's name is OfficeMaps Mobile;
  1. The new version was developed by OfficeMaps Pty Ltd; 

Please be aware of these details before downloading the app to make sure you are downloading the right version. The old version of the app will be available until April 30th 2023.

Android Play Store

When accessing the iOS App Store search for "OfficeMaps".  In the search results you will see the following results:  




Here is how you can identify the version of the OfficeMaps app you will need to install:
  1. The new version's name is OfficeMaps Mobile;
  1. The new version was developed by OfficeMaps Pty Ltd; 
  1. The new version number is 3.001 or later;
  1. The new version has a different log in image screen (link the image).

Please be aware of these details before downloading the app to make sure you are downloading the right version. The old version of the app will be available until April 30th 2023.
