Zapier Integration FAQs
Will this provide other people/companies with access to my data?
The Zapier integration is optional. By default, nothing in OfficeMaps will be shared with Zapier (or any applications that Zapier connects to). You will need to authorise Zapier to connect to your OfficeMaps instance, in order for Zapier to be able to access your data. How do I connect OfficeMaps and Zapier?
If you already have a Zapier account, you can connect to OfficeMaps by searching for the "officemaps" in your Zapier dashboard:
You can signup from this page by clicking on the SignUp link in the top right hand corner. Zapier currently offers a free 14-day trial, however, you can read more about their pricing and plans here.
Which OfficeMaps plans will receive access to this?
The Zapier integration is available on all plan levels of OfficeMaps. However, it is not available for on-premise (self-hosted) deployments.Can anyone at my company create an integration?
No. An administrator account is required to set up an integration with Zapier.
Do you receive a commission if we signup to Zapier?
No. Our goal as a business is to improve workplace experiences for our clients. We built this integration to Zapier because we believe it will provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over how they use OfficeMaps in their workplace.Why does the Integration say “Beta”?

Why does the Integration say “Beta”?
When an application first launches on Zapier, it is placed into their Beta program. This is to ensure that the integration runs smoothly and that any bugs that are found can be fixed prior to a full launch.
