Hiding a Department

Hiding a Department

Departments can be hidden from view until they are rendered visible again.

To change this value, check or uncheck the option Visible which is available from the department's setting page.

Administrators are able to see hidden and deleted nodes by selecting the eye icon at the bottom left of the Department Tree.

Clicking on this eye icon will show nodes that are hidden as greyed out.

Selecting one of these nodes will give users the ability to access and modify settings, including the department's Visible status. Selecting the eye icon again will hide these hidden and deleted nodes.
