Create a Kiosk on iPad

Kiosk Access is a mode which allows users to access the functionality of OfficeMaps without explicitly logging in through a username and password.

To set up a kioski on an iPad just follow the instructions below:
  1. Login to OfficeMaps using an account that is an OfficeMaps Administrator or higher;
  1. Click Request Desktop Website;

  1. Select Kiosks from the OfficeMaps Main Menu (Company Name);

  1. Expand the kiosk that you want to use on the iPad, and click the Copy link button;


  1. Click the Share button, then select Add to Favourites;

  1. Edit the bookmark name and save (URL cannot be edited during bookmark save);

  1. Click the Sidebar icon, then select Bookmarks - then Favourites;

  1. Hold finger on the newly created bookmark:
    • Click Edit;

    • Click the X at the end of the address field;

    • Hold finger down and select paste.


  1. Logout from your current OfficeMaps session;
  2. The Link should now be saved, and your administrator session is now logged out.
  1. Close the current browser tab if it is still open (Click X in top left corner);
  2. Click on the newly created kiosk link on the Favourite menu;


  1. It the link was saved correctly, you should see the Start Kiosk button;

  1. Just click on the Start Kiosk button and the Kiosk screen should pop up.
