How to: Log in with One-Time Password

OfficeMaps uses a One Time Password (OTP) method to log in for all new users or for users that do not use Microsoft or Google to authenticate.  When using this method, filling in your email address and clicking continue will send an OTP code that is used to log you in securely.

If you don't receive an OTP, please check that you are using an email address that is registered in OfficeMaps. If you are still having problems, get in touch with our support team who will be happy to help!

After entering your email you will receive an email with the password.

You will then be required to enter this OTP at the password prompt.

This does not apply to users using Microsoft or Google Authentication to log in to OfficeMaps.
