Removing OfficeMaps users not in Active Directory

Removing OfficeMaps users not in Active Directory

Users are often imported into OfficeMaps from Active Directory. When these users become inactive or are removed from Active Directory, OfficeMaps administrators will need to update People in the system to reflect this.

To do this, select the People option from the menu and then choose the option Select all Non Users from the Action button. Every person who is in OfficeMaps but not in the system's Active Directory group will be highlighted.

Once these users have been selected, they can either be deleted or have their role changed to Non User so that they do not consume a licence.
