Update People Work Days from Excel
OfficeMaps allows administrators to set the default Working Days for any individual to be controlled via a manually uploaded spreadsheet. To obtain the basic template for this spreadsheet on the People Tab, click Actions, Download Example Excel file for Update People Work Days.
The template has fifteen columns:
Person - the username or email address of the person who will be involved in the operation.
This Week days (7) - Sunday to Saturday followed by "TW" to denote "This Week".
Next Week days(7) - Sunday to Saturday followed by "NW" to denote "Next Week".
For each day, enter a single letter value to set the Working Days for that day. The possible values are:
O: Working From Office
R: Working Remotely
N: Non-Work Day
If the day is left blank then the existing value will not be overwritten.
To apply the Work Days in the completed spreadsheet to your users, choose the option Update People Work Days From Excel and select the file you have created.
