Web App and API Updated to v2.10

OfficeMaps 2.10 has been released and includes new features as well as bug fixes. If your OfficeMaps is cloud-hosted, these changes will be available immediately. Simply log out of OfficeMaps, restart your browser and then log in again. If your OfficeMaps is self-hosted then you will need to update your OfficeMaps website following a manual process. Please contact OfficeMaps support if you require assistance with this.

 

New Features and Improvements

  1. Changes to AD Sync process - Improvements have been made to the AD Sync process to address issues with high CPU usage. 
  2. Improved Site Level Map information when uploading - Users are informed of allowable file types and maximum file size for floor plan files when uploading.
  3. Added options to track how users are synchronised - Settings have been added to track how users have been added to OfficeMaps for synchronisation. 

Bug Fixes

A number of bugs have been resolved including the following:

  1. Nodes in Department Tree will now be automatically alphabetically sorted (including top level nodes).
  2. The Organisation Chart is now visible to all users.
  3. Bookable Desks Allocations Report for a specific floor does not display results.
  4. All Desks Unallocated Report did not display data in the correct format in Excel download.
