OfficeMaps 2.11 has been released and includes new features as well as bug fixes. If your OfficeMaps is cloud-hosted, these changes will be available immediately. Simply log out of OfficeMaps, restart your browser and then log in again. If your OfficeMaps is self-hosted then you will need to update your OfficeMaps website following a manual process. Please contact OfficeMaps support if you require assistance with this.

New Features and Improvements

1. Improvements for Multiple Users - Extensive changes have been completed across the entire application to better handle sites with a high number of users. This includes a more responsive People page, smoother addition of users to maps, faster searching and an improved interface to perform bulk operations on People. 
   
2. People Page More Responsive - The People page could take a long time to load if clients had more than 2000 users in the system. This version has introduced paged loading to make it faster to load users and perform operations. These changes have also been added to the Department View so it is easier to work with the full set of users on a per department basis.
   
3. Bulk Operations on People - Changes to more than one person on the People Page, such as to change a Role or Time Zone, are streamlined and quicker.
   

Bug Fixes

1. Multiple Neighbourhoods with the same colour appear on the same map even if not assigned.
   
2. The automatic AD Sync process now also removes asset allocations as well as adding them.
