About Kiosks

Kiosks enable staff from your organisation to assign themselves to assets (like desks or meeting rooms) for a designated period of time. This is most common for users in hot-desking environments.

Staff using a kiosk will be able to see a visual representation of the organisation's floor maps, assign themselves to an asset and then record their departure after a specified time. This is done by selecting an available asset to use and "Checking In". When the staff member has finished they can use the "Check Out" function which marks the asset as available again. Users are also able to find other staff to determine where they are located on the floor map, whether hot-desking or permanently allocated.
