How to: Enforce the Identity Provider Log In
OfficeMaps now allows you to enforce a specific Identity Provider to Log In.
To enforce a specific Identity Provider go to:
- Click on the Main Menu (Company Name);
- Click on Preference;
- Click on People;
- Tick the box Disallow login with One-Time Password (Unless individual user allowed).
After enforcing the Identity Provider log in users will be directed to the provider like the video below:
You can enable One-Time Password for a individual user. To enable just go to:
- Click on the Main Menu (Company Name);
- Click on People;
- Click on the pencil next to the user name to edit their profile;
- Tick the box Allow OTP.
- Click the Update button.
