Configuring desk reservations
Requires OfficeMaps Professional
- Reservations allow users to select a desk for a future date. Reservations settings are found in Preferences -> Allocations.

Reservations Options

Enable reservations for up to

- Enables the reservations functionality. This option must be checked for reservations to be enabled.
- Restricts the period in advance that a user can create a desk reservation to x number of weeks.

Don't allow reservations for Saturdays and Sundays
|
- Disables the ability to create a reservation for a Saturday or Sunday
|
Send a reminder email the day prior to reservations at
x:xxAM
|
- Sends a reminder email to users who have a reservation for the same day at a time specified. The reminder email contains:
- The identity of the desk or object reserved.
- The reservation date.
- The site and floor.
- A pin number that can be used to check in via a touch screen kiosk.
- A button to cancel the reservation.

Send a reminder email for reservations that have not checked-in by
x:xxAM
|
- Sends a reminder email to users who have a reservation for the same day at a time specified. The reminder email contains:
- The identity of the desk or object reserved.
- The reservation date.

Enable the check-in button in reservation reminder emails
|
- Appends a check in button to prior day and same day reminder emails where configured for use.
|
Cancel all reservations for the day (but not future days) that have not checked in by
x:xxAM
|
- Cancels all reservations for the current day that have not checked-in by the time specified.
- Reservations cancelled in this manner are considered no-shows.
|
Send notification email for both automatically cancelled and administrator cancelled reservations
|
- Sends an email to the user who's reservation has been cancelled to inform them of the cancellation.
