Importing, Updating and Exporting People
A spreadsheet containing all OfficeMaps data for every user in the system is available by using the Export To Excel function. This function is available by selecting the People option from the menu and then selecting the Export People to Excel option from the Action button. The Excel file that is generated will be named "People For X", where X is the instance name and will be created in the current user's Downloads folder.
Importing and Updating People
There are two methods by which people can be added to OfficeMaps: through an Excel spreadsheet import or an Active Directory/Azure Active Directory sync. These functions are all available by selecting the People option from the menu and then choosing the desired option as described below.
