People, Assets and Pins

People are the individuals that work in your organisation including employees, contractors and even regular visitors that may have a desk assigned.  Each person has a detailed profile in the People directory.

 

 

The most important asset is a desk. Other asset types can include meeting rooms, meeting spaces, training rooms, car parks even cars and pool laptops. Assets also have detailed profiles just like people.  Assets can be assigned to people to show who is currently using the asset.

 

 

Pins are just like assets but pins cannot be assigned to people. Pin types can include fire extinguishers, fire exits, kitchens, first aid kits, printers, copiers and any other item you wish to show on a map.  Pins also have detailed profiles.
